The National Black Leadership Alliance believes that Black Americans are called on to address the challenges facing their community on two levels; both are of vital importance. First we must
accept the challenge to stabilize the Black community by our own hand, using our own talents,resources, intellectual capital and our dollars to strengthen both the political, and economic infrastructure of the Black community. NBLA believes it is important to create a new sense of real community where loving your neighbor as yourself actually heals and transforms Black communities.
